Very handy
Love both this and the Schwartz cheese sauce. Both are very convenient to use and work well in a variety of creamy and cheesy dishes.

Lovely and tasty and very versatile.
This is a great packet to keep in the cupboard for emergencies, it makes a great mid week meal. I must admit I don't cook it according to the instructions. I fry a couple of chopped chicken breasts with a punnet of mushrooms and a sliced onion until slightly browned. I then add the sauce mixed with milk and pan cook it. It saves on the cost of using an oven plus I'm not keen on melted cheese dishes as I find them too rich. I serve with veggies of choice. Sometimes I mix beans or lentils with the chicken at the end of the cooking with a bit of french sausage, a finely chopped carrot and a couple of chopped celery sticks, to make a kind of French cassoulet. This mix is always a winner.

Weird Smoked Bacon Taste
I was so looking forward to this bake as chicken and leeks are two of my favourites. I made it according to the instructions but when it came out of the oven it had a strange "smoked bacon" type smell and really wasn't at all nice. None of us ate it and it was a total waste of good chicken breast and leeks! It is rare that I waste food, and it made me angry that I couldn't choke it down.

Always in my cupboard
This is a great mix and always in my cupboard. I use it for chicken pasta bake or chicken pie (with leeks, peas and mushrooms). Great midweek meals!
