Wordle is a very popular word game that has gone viral due to the results being posted all over social media by players and the simplicity of the game. The aim is to guess the five-letter American English word in six guesses or less.

There are no initial clues given as to what the word could be, but once you have made a guess, the tiles will change colour letting you know more about the letters in the word. The three different colours the tiles could change to are grey, yellow, or green.

Grey indicates that the letter you guessed is not in the word at all, so you should avoid using it in future guesses.

What is the Wordle 1077 Answer Today? (May 31st, 2024)

Here is how I managed to solve Wordle 1077 in four guesses today. I guessed the word ‘AUDIO’ first, which is my usual starter word.

This word showed me that there is an A and O in the answer, neither of which have been correctly placed.

I then wanted to guess a word that puts the known letters in different positions and I did think they would be next to each other in the answer, so I guessed the word ‘FLOAT’ next.

Unfortunately, this did not reveal an new letters in the Wordle answer today, nor did it place the known letters correctly.

I guessed the word ‘MANOR’ next, which placed the O correctly, but no new letters were revealed again.

The next word I thought of was ‘COCOA’ which placed the C correctly as the first letter.

The A has to be the third letter, which helped me to solve the answer to Wordle 1077 in my next guess, which is…

CHAOS!
